There are miles of walking/bike paths and Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club is just down the street. It has 1900 square feet of finished living area and will sleep 11. This non-smoking home is beautifully decorated in a West Indies motif with an emphasis on quality and comfort. This cozy getaway boasts three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a tower that doubles as a private sleeping area and a great entertainment space for the kids with a twin over full bunk. The entire house is upgraded in many ways. From little things that you may not notice right away, like cove molding throughout, to the more obvious things, like the 16 inch tiles laid on the diagonal, this house was purposely designed and decorated with two things in mind - comfort and enjoyment. To that end, you’ll find thick pile carpet in the bedrooms, wrap around decks on both levels, and in the kitchen recessed lights, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and an oversized sink. In addition, there are four TVs, DVD players, a VCR and a stereo entertainment center. SPECIAL FEATURE: FAST ACCESS INTERNET CABLE and nationwide calling (for poor reception cell phones) Pet Friendly (dogs only). The private community pool is just around the corner and the pristine white sand beaches of the gulf coast are only a short walk (.3 mile or about 700 steps). There are a multitude of great restaurants in the area and Old Florida Village is just a 15 minute drive to one of the largest discount outlet malls in the region. Outside summer concerts, local art displays, golf, biking and hiking are just a few of the entertainment options. The picturesque and charming communities of Grayton Beach, Watercolor and Seaside are just a short distance away. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 7 days after your original booking date with no charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days from booking date with out the purchase of CSA Travel Protection Insurance. CSA Travel Protection Insurance is optional but strongly encouraged. No refunds will be made in the event of a mandatory evacuation if guest does not purchase CSA insurance.
