The Master bedroom with a king bed has its own large bath. A second bedroom has two twins. A third room off the kitchen has a day bed with trundle (no closet). A second full bath completes this cozy one level home. The Bungalow comes well equipped with all the amenities you want at the beach including, two cable TVs, VCR, DVD/CD player, well-equipped kitchen, microwave, blender, dishwasher, ice-maker, washer/dryer, screened porch, garage and fenced-in yard to keep that special pet friend safe. We also offer Cable Internet Access. Sunrise or sunset, enjoy walks on the sugar sand beach or play in the warm clear waters of the Gulf. Fish in the lake from the community dock. Ride your bike to either Seaside or Rosemary Beach for upscale restaurants and shopping. Play a round of golf at one of the many nearby courses. The Tom Fazio designed Camp Creek Golf Course is less than a mile. The largest designer outlet mall in the country is a short drive to Sandestin. Credit Cards accepted via PayPal with 2.9% surcharge. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25 years of age. CANCELLATION POLICY Security Deposit is due within 5 days of making reservation. Full rental amount + Cleaning, taxes, and pet fee if applicable is due 30 days prior to occupancy. Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit less the administration fee. If you book within 90 days of your arrival date, you will have two weeks from the time you make the reservation to cancel with a full refund of your deposit less the administration fee. If you cancel after final payment has been made and if we are able to re-rent the property, your rental fees and deposit will be refunded less the administration fee of $25. REFUND/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur the County Emergency Management Offices of North West Florida in conjunction with the National Weather Service (www.nhc.noaa.gov) may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. Only at that time, will refunds be pro-rated from the time of your departure. If no evacuation notice is issued by either of these government agencies and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation or to cancel because of the potential threatening weather, neither refund nor compensation will be made.
