Abode Kenmare--A Florida Cottage in Beautiful Santa Rosa
Located between Seaside and Destin in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, Abode Kenmare is a 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath cottage that is part of a small neighborhood of only 75 cottage style homes called Old Florida Village. A community pool 4 houses down a private drive makes keeping tabs on those loved ones especially convenient and beach access is a short walkl (approximately 900 steps).
This Florida Cottage-style home features clapboard siding and a tin roof and 4 covered porches. Morning coffee and gentle sea breezes can be enjoyed in comfortable outdoor furniture under ceiling fans off the private porches of the bedrooms or the living area. The cottage comfortably sleeps 10 in one king, one queen, two twins, one twin/w trundle and and one queen sofa bed.
Everything about Abode Kenmare speaks of luxury and elegance. The cottage is professionally furnished and decorated in a Tropical, eclectic style of wicker, bamboo, and overstuffed casual yet elegant furnishings. Luxury touches and upgrades abound with heavy crown molding in all rooms, 16 inch porcelain tile set on the diagonal and recessed lighting. The chef\'s kitchen is outfitted with an oversize sink, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Our location is convenient to fine dining Bud and Alleys in Seaside, Criollas in Grayton Beach, Lake Place in Dune Allen, and Fish out of Water in Watercolor as well as funky dining with great jazz at Picolos and the Red Bar in Grayton Beach. We are in walking distance to Gulf Place with great shops, outdoor dining at Smiling Fish, Capos, Sunday night concerts on the green and ice cream at Miss Lucilles Gossip Parlor. Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club is also nearby for an interesting golf challenge as well as gulf view dining. Eighteen miles of bike paths along the beach and coastal dune lakes makes exercise a fun and interesting event. The largest discount designer mall in the country is a 10 minute drive in San Destin.

If reserved less than 30 days prior to occupancy date, the full amount is due within 5 days of reserving. Checks are the preferred payment form. If a guest prefers payment by credit card, Paypal will be used with a 2.9% surcharge added. No damage deposit is required, however a credit card (Visa or MC) number will be requested at the time of booking regardless of method of payment to be used in case of damage. Guests should report any damage observed at the beginning of their stay so they will not be charged.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 7 days after your original booking date with no charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days from booking date with out the purchase of CSA Travel Protection Insurance. CSA Travel Protection Insurance is optional but strongly encouraged. No refunds will be made in the event of a mandatory evacuation if guest does not purchase CSA insurance. Travel Insurance is 6.5% of total. For questions concerning travel insurace, please call CSA directly at 800-554-9839.
Age Requirements: We do not rent to groups of singles under 25 years of age.
